Please keep in mind that this backpack was made by hand. Small imperfections and flaws can happen and are part of the charm and character of a handmade bag. This part of the handmade process is what makes the item unique and should not be seen as a defect or mistake. It will not affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended.  Real leather will always have natural markings such as dents, scars, scratches, wrinkles or blemishes. These natural markings or irregularities should not be considered as a defect but rather indications of real leather.
